How many of us had moms that cooked with canned soup? I am on of a very few people I know who can actually answer, “no” to that question. I’m not sure if that means that I lucked out or missed out.

But today, I want to share an updated take on cream of mushroom chicken that so many people saw growing up. Not only does this recipe not contain any canned soup – but it is the most flavorful, succulent, vegetable filled spring celebration you’ll find anywhere!
